Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. Your data will be preserved when you upgrade. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, the maximum amount of maps and users will be reduced.
How much does an additional user cost?
Nothing. A paid workspace can have an unlimited amount of additional users without any additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Paddle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your workspace plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, we offer a 7 day free trail period in which all features are available. However for testing we recommend that you use the tutorial workspace, this workspace has most features limits removed.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
A paid workspace allows for 10,000 users, making it suitable for most teams and companies. For larger teams or customs solutions, please contact us for enterprise pricing.
